Authorize.Net is our out-sourced billing solution. If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at admin@Adinis.com or (888) 923-4647 for a resolution. We can usually solve any problems that may arise. If, however, you need to contact Authorize.Net, they can be reached through the “Customer Support” link at www.Authorize.Net .

Charge backs through your credit card company are expensive to us, and we consider them an attempt to defraud our company. Should you initiate a chargeback against us, we may refer the matter to a collection agency and/or legal counsel, and you will be subject to a $225 charge back fee, along with a $25 collection service fee. We strongly encourage you to contact us if you believe that you have been incorrectly charged.
